Former U.S. attorney general Mike Mukasey appeared this morning on the Washington Times radio show. They hosts asked him about the charge from Virginia congressman Jim Moran that critics and skeptics of bringing Khalid Sheik Mohammed to trial in New York City are "un-American."
Mukasey responded, "I think he's lost touch with reality. He ought to get professional help, perhaps from Major Nidal."
