Democratic Congressman Jim Moran recently demanded to see identification from an American taxpayer before he could ask Mr. Moran a question. I find it odd that Democrats generally oppose any type of voter ID laws that discourage fraud, but they will demand to see the ID of an American taxpayer before they can ask questions. Hypocrisy at it's best! Read Full Story

Jim Moran is a livewire when he opens his mouth. If you think the Democratic party holds its breath when Joe Biden speaks, listen to Moran's latest rant against America's ultra-rich executives. Moran is a U.S. representative from Virginia's 8th District, and while campaigning in 2006, he claimed that if he was elected chair to one of the congressional committees he would "earmark the shit out of it." Former U.S. attorney general Mike Mukasey appeared this morning on the Washington Times radio show. They hosts asked him about the charge from Virginia congressman Jim Moran that critics and skeptics of bringing Khalid Sheik Mohammed to trial in New York City are "un-American." Mukasey responded, "I think he's lost touch with reality. He ought to get professional help, perhaps from Major Nidal."

Hey, if you don't think it's a good idea to bring Khalid Sheik Mohammad to New York City for a civilian trial, you're not just wrong, you're "un-American." Congressman Jim Moran, Democrat of Northern Virginia, says so. His Republican challenger, Matthew Berry, offers a differing view:  “It is wrong for Congressman Moran to question the patriotism of the millions of Americans who believe that terrorists such as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed should...

Matthew Berry. Not the ESPN guy: the former Clarence Thomas clerk/DoJ/FCC guy. He’s running on a fiscal conservatism/national security/ethics platform; and opposing the infamous Jim Moran, believer in Israeli conspiracies.  His statement about Moran’s blathering* on the NYC show trials works for me: “It is wrong for Congressman Moran to question the patriotism of the millions of Americans who believe that terrorists such as Khalid Sheikh...

Arlington/Alexandria Democrat Jim Moran is always a reliable source of lunacy and foolishness; examples include blaming the Iraq War on Jews (Moran has an exhaustive rap sheet of anti-Semitism) and pushing to get Guantanamo detainees tried in his district over the objections of local Democrats. Monday, at a Creigh Deeds rally, Moran was on hand to prove that there is no cause so lost that he won't contribute some crazy to it: U.S. Rep...
