BIG hugs go out to Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts.  He and wife Tiffany Fallon said goodbye to their 15-year-old French Mastiff Stevie Ray Rooney on Monday.  Joe Don took to his Twitter page to say goodbye:   “We miss our Stevie so much! Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney is expecting his second child with his model wife Tiffany Fallon. Rooney and the former Playmate are already parents to 21-month-old son Jagger, and they’re scheduled to welcome the tot’s little brother or sister in September. Joe Don Rooney, the lead guitarist of Rascal Flatts, will be competing in the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament July 15 – 17 at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course for the second year in a row.
