Arlen Specter in a straw poll conducted at the 2009 Netroots Nation conference in Pittsburgh, an annual gathering of liberal online political activists and bloggers. In Pennsylvania, Quinnipiac finds Republican Pat Toomey tied with incumbent Democrat Arlen Specter, each with 44 percent. Toomey leads the other Democrat, Joe Sestak, 40 percent to 35 percent. Specter's job approval splits 47 percent approval, 45 percent disapproval. Obama's job approval/disapproval split in the Keystone State is his worst yet, 49/45.
