Stephen P. Morgan, accused in the slaying of Wesleyan student Joanna Justin-Jinich, was arrested Thursday night . Morgan stopped by a convenience store in Meridien, about 10 miles from Wesleyan University. When he saw his photo in a newspaper, he decided to give himself up. Police have detained a man they suspect was behind Wednesday's shooting at the prestigious Wesleyan college in the United States, local media reported. The Hartford Courant newspaper said a massive manhunt ended late on Thursday when Stephen Morgan turned himself in to police. He is thought to be behind the shooting death of Wesleyan student Johanna Justin-Jinich. Documents filed in the case of a slain Wesleyan University student say she changed her e-mail address because she worried about a man trying to resume contact with her.
