John McGinley, wife Nichole Kessler, his 11-year-old son Max, and their 9-month-old daughter Billie Grace, depart LAX for Thanksgiving. John’s son Max has Down syndrome. In 2006, John served as the national spokesperson for the National Down Syndrome Society’s annual Buddy Walk. The 49-year-old actor, producer and screenwriter , is best known for his roles as Perry Cox in NBC’s comedy Scrubs and Sergeant Red O’Neill in Oliver Stone’s Platoon .
