Friday Funny

I have a few funny random stories from this week. The first one happened this morning. Now that we are a Rock Band family my kids know the lyrics to a wide variety of older songs. Molly and Ella love to sing these songs. SO this morning Molly is walking through the house getting ready for school.

And singing.

It went something like this..."He's a juice box hero with stars in his eyes. A juice box hero..."

Yesterday she was singing the radio jingle for O'Reilly Auto Parts. If you haven't heard this jingle before this may be a little hard to see the humor but anyway, she was singing: "Oh, Oh, Oh, O'Reilly. O'Reilly Auto Parks, OUCH!"


And then there is my husband. He was making some scrambled eggs the other day. As he was stirring them a little bit flopped over the edge of the pan. Most of us would use the spatula and flip it back into the pan.

Not my smart husband. Apparently he was a little distracted cause he picked up the pan and LICKED the egg off the side. Yes, licked the pan. He said there was a nice sizzling sound as his tongue was seared by the hot metal pan. He had a nice blister in a straight line across his tongue.

Don't hurt yourself laughing at him.
