John Graziano was the passenger in Nick Hogan's car when Nick crashed on Sunday, August 26, 2007. John Graziano is currently in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center in Florida.
Nick Hogan will cop to a criminal charge and plead guilty
Law enforcement officials report that Nick Hogan will cop to a criminal charge in court tomorrow.It is reported that Hogan will not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He will plead either guilty or no contest. Sources say no deal has been struck with prosecutors. The maximum penalty is five years in prison.
On August 26, 2007, Nick was driving a Toyota Supra with passenger John Graziano when he crashed, severely injuring John.
It is reported Hulk Hogan and the rest of Nick's family will be in Pinellas County court (Florida) tomorrow.
