Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter Stephanie R. Bongiovi who is 19 has been arrested in connection with a heroin overdose at Hamilton College in New Jersey.  Stephanie was found unresponsive in her Dunham Dormitory room when police and ambulance personnel were called at 1:51 a.m., police said.
