Exclusive Pics! Jon Gosselin Spends the Weekend With the Kids After Split With Girlfriend Ellen Ross

INF Daily caught up with Jon Gosselin as he picked up his eight kids from the school bus on Friday afternoon. And he’ll be dealing with those eight kids in his small apartment alone for the first time in almost two years – earlier in the day Jon confirmed via Twitter that he and longtime girlfriend Ellen Ross had broken up.

“Recently, after much thought and discussion, Ellen and I have decided to end our relationship. It was a mutual decision and we are both happy and remain best friends,”

That’s gotta be a huge bummer for the Gosselin kids, who were super fond of Ellen. But come on – she’s in her early twenties. Eight children is an unfathomably responsibility at any age, but you can imagine it would be particularly daunting for anyone so young.

Hopefully we won’t see Jon rebounding with tabloid reporters on Christian Audigier’s yacht again, but no promises.
