The most unholy of reality television unions may just happen. The New York Daily News reports that Jon Gosselin, Nadya Suleman, and their various representatives are in talks to put together a show called Jon – Kate = Jon + Octomom.

The show is reportedly being developed as a 2-hour special to be aired on Superbowl Sunday! It would feature Jon Gosselin and Nadya Suleman getting to know each other in a dating situation and it sounds like it's being engineered as trainwreck television at its finest. Why in the world would either Jon or Nadya agree to let all of America cringe and gawk at their assuredly awkward pseudo-courtship ritual? Because there's a $1 million paycheck in it for each of them courtesy of Cheaters producer Bobby Goldstein.

Goldstein didn't confirm the reported $1 million payday when he spoke to the New York Daily News, but he did provide details on the show's concept. "We don't want it heavily edited," he said. "We just want to show the natural spontaneous reaction of these two media heavyweights when they finally met."

Goldstein even had the gall to put the pressure on Gosselin with what sounds like kind of an ugly threat. "He better take the money now because in six months, he'll be doing Cheaters for free."

NYDN reports that an insider provided them with information that Gosselin, despite earlier denials, is definitely interested in the show. "Jon definitely wants to do the show. His camp is currently trying to figure out how he can film around his TLC contract," the insider said.

For the record, Gosselin's manager, Mike Heller, says he's not interested. "Jon has not signed on to do any show. He's not interested in this type of television show," he said. "Jon could take the offer and look like a joke, but he wants to take the path of seriousness. He's trying to make a change in his life and is turning down this $1.5 million offer to better himself and his kids."
