BOSTON (AP) — If the Boston Red Sox had any worries about Jon Lester, they certainly don't now.
Lester showed no ill effects from his injury last week and was splendid in a final tuneup for the playoffs, pitching into the seventh inning and leading the Red Sox to a 3-0 win over the Cleveland Indians last night.
