Although this is a nice looking watch, it has a band that can only have 4 links taken out of it. I do have pretty small wrists, but have never had a problem with a band fitting me before. It looks like you could remove up to 6 links, but it is not so. I've read other reviews where people said they removed 5 links on it, which is what I'd need, but after taking it to 2 jewelery shops and 4 watch repair shops, I realized that it couldn't be done. Beware if you have smaller wrists, as this may be a problem. Other than that, this watch seems to be of good quality and looks better in person than in the pictures.

This is an excellent, albeit heavy, watch for the money. I had the band resized by my local watch repair shop--a shop I have been a loyal customer at for over 20 years. The technician at the shop remarked "this is an excellent watch"--which, I feel is a better recommendation than I could ever make...since this person has seen, repaired, and evaluated more watches in his experience than I will ever wear. I tend to be hard on watches...so I value stainless steel construction and the overall rugged build of the watch.
