One of the FBI's most-sought fugitives, wanted for the 2002 killings of his girlfriend and her two young sons in Idaho, has been captured in Mexico.Federal police detained Jorge Alberto Lopez Orozco on a highway in the Pacific coast state of Guerrero, Mexico's Attorney General's Office said Thursday.
