NAIROBI ( Reuters ) - A U.N. Court trying the masterminds of Rwanda 's 1994 genocide said on Tuesday it had for the first time referred one of its cases to be tried in Rwanda itself. A fugitive suspect in Rwanda's 1994 genocide with a five-million dollar reward on his head has been arrested in Uganda, police said on Friday. The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda on Wednesday rejected charges it has failed to take action after the arrest in Rwanda of a US lawyer accused of denying the 1994 Tutsi genocide. A former militia chief, sentenced by the UN tribunal for Rwanda to life in prison for his role in the 1994 genocide, has died in Benin where he was serving his sentence a statement said Wednesday.
