For the second straight offseason, Albert Pujols will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right elbow. The St. Louis Cardinals say in a brief news release Tuesday that the two-time NL MVP will undergo a debridement procedure — which could be used to shave bone spurs — on Wednesday morning in Birmingham, Ala., at a medical facility under the direction of Dr. James Andrews. Well, that was quick. Two days ago we reported that St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony La Russa was suing Twitter for unspecified damages after he became aware of a Twitter user cybersquatting on the @tonylarussa name. According to the St. Louis Post Dispatch , the two sides have come to an agreement and settled.
