A Spanish judge on Thursday indicted three alleged ex-Nazi death camp guards who all lived for many years in the United States, charging them with being accessories to genocide and crimes against humanity. Former Nazi guard John Demjanjuk was scheduled to deported from the United States on a late Monday flight to face trial in Germany, government sources told AFP. The Munich-bound air ambulance flight was scheduled to leave Cleveland's Burke Lakefront Airport around 7:20 pm (2320 GMT), said two sources who declined to be named.
