Josie Duggar, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar's 19th baby, was born yesterday at 6:27pm in an emergency C-section. Josie was born 15 weeks early and weighed only 1 pound 6 ounces. She is said to be in stable condition this morning. Michelle was admitted to the hospital for gallstones last weekend, and at that time the baby was said to be fine.
