[Web] Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog

I'd venture that by now, you must have heard some inklings of the strange internet experiment of sorts that is Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog from that creative genius beloved by geeks around the world, Joss whedon. It's an unusual project for him - a movie (to some extent) in the form of a web series that centers around what we would normally tag as a mad scientist / evil villain, as played by Neil Patrick Harris, who maintains a video blog of his exploits.

Image via WikipediaIt certainly has that Whedon flair for good low-key comedic writing coupled with his appreciation for the campiness of musicals. Yes, Neil Patrick Harris actually sings! And he sings fairly well, I have to admit.

If you have the time to stream some interesting and unconventional web-based media or you're one of the legions of fans who support all of Joss Whedon's projects, then you definitely ought to take the time to start streaming this series - we're already as far as Act III and thus you have a fair amount of catching up to do. =P
