Toulon's Argentina captain Juan Martin Fernandez-Lobbe will be out for around six weeks with a ruptured spleen, the French Top 14 leaders Toulon announced on Tuesday.The back rower suffered the problem in Toulon's 51-6 victory over Montpellier at the weekend.The 31-year-old came off in the 44th minute after a tackle left him with minor internal haemorrhaging.
