I stand in agreement with Diciplentexas. Everybody needs to start lookin and evaluating themselves, this is and was a wake up call for everybody not just Juanita and Mr. Weeks. God is trying to give all of us the opportunity to get right or get left. We all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory. Everyone thats speakin negative...God's sake check yourself.

I only recently heard about this incident. I was surprised but not shocked or stuned. As a christen woman trying to live right. I took abuse in silence many a days. I once thought the devil resided inside my husband to tear me down. I finally said enough is enough after doing everything I coul to bend over backwards to please this man and the more I did the worst he got. Not really as much physcially, but emotionally and mentally. He did all he coud to humillate me in the neighborhood with other woman to treating me like dog poo.I know for me a lot more went on behind the sences before things came out in the open. It had just gotten that bad. I pray that No one go's through what I went through. Please Pray that GOd will intervene and let Ms. Bynum know she is not alone and she is in our prayers

He posted on myspace that there is 2 sides 2 every story and b4 we judge him we should hear his side. It sounded like bull 2 me, bc no matter what happens you should never hit your wife.Also, he wasn't married when they were dating, he was going through a divorce---still filing; so I guess technically he was. Also, he is gay or has battled with homosexuality. Ask me how I know....my dad is a bishop who has friends who know them...I met her b4 and she is a cool person. I do pray that God will give her strength. However, I don't think he is who God has 4 her.

When we see men and women of God on the frontline go through such a horrible situation, we have to realize they are still just people, no matter how high we have set them up on the pedistal. I will continue to pray that their powerful ministry will not be damaged by this, people need to know that even leaders fall short of His Glory.

Prophetess Bynum and Bishop Thomas Weeks: I will be praying for you both. It is not time to blame and it is time to pray! We need to pray for marriages, and family. I am a very recent divorcee and I realize that prayer is so needed today. Domestic violence has now been brought to the forefront and the question is how are we,the Church, going to handle these very difficult challenges? I am so sorry that you and Bishop Weeks had to endure this embarassment and pain. Such a huge healing process must begin. But the God we all serve is faithful even in this situation. I pray with you and Bishop Weeks for healing and forgiveness. So many women, including myself, are conquers of this type of violence, but so many are not and they sit in our pews screaming tears of silence. How do we help the victims of this kind of pain. Through your challenge, I, as a licensed minister, will be praying and seeking God for ways to preach words of healing and encouragement to all the victims that will hear that there is a more excellent way. Love covers a multitude of faults. Have we not forgotten what true love is? None of us have a right to point a finger, throw stones, or even blame anyone for what has happened with the Weeks. If we are all spiritual, we will notice a brother and sister overtaken in a fault and need healing/restoration. The bible says, "If a brethren is overtaken in a fault, you who are SPIRITUAL, restore (not degrade, not pull down, not scandalize their names)but restore (PUT BACK IN PLACE) such a one in the spirit of meekness considering thyself lest you are also tempted (tested or tried)." Gal. 6:1 Yes, Bishop Weeks was terribly wrong what he did. And we are sure Prophets Juanita have done some wrong too. And I'm sure they have repented. But God is our righteous judge. They must give an account to God first. Why degrade them for their shortcomings as though we have no faults. He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone. And where does people get the idea that Christians suppose to be poor and broke?? Prosperity is in the hand of God, and is given upon obedience to the Word of God. We are heirs of the throne of God and of a Royal Priesthood. We suppose to live as Kings/Queens Prince/Princesses!! It is not the fault of a Christian that people are homeless, poor, and without. They are like that because of the choices they make. The Lord set before us life and death. We choose whether we will have life abundantly or death. We are ALL destroyed for lack of knowledge (of the Word of God). Moses said in Deute. 28 ch.. If we hearken diligent to the voice of God, ALL these blessings shall come upon us and OVERTAKE us. Having wealth is NOT a sin. Whether the Weeks have a fleet of cars/buses/ homes, etc. It is evident that they have learn how to "have good success." Some people can learn from them. Moses also said in the 29 ch. If we don't obey the Word of God, we will be cursed. I would suggest that you touch not God's anointing and do His Prophets no harm. Or you will be in danger of God's judgment upon you. We are all part of the Body of Christ. We are connected together fitly joined. If you humiliate them, you only humiliate yourselves. If you point a finger at them, several fingers will point back at you. If you degrade them, you will only degrade yourself. Be very careful not to accuse God's children before His presence. You will be like Satan an accuser of the brethren. My heart and prayers goes out for the Weeks. I pray their complete restoration and that their trumpet will sound louder that ever before!! Prophetess Juanita and Bishop Thomas, don't give up and don't give in to satan's tactics & accusations. Satan will use whosoever is willing to yield themselves a vessel to him. Those individuals who are saying you need to come down, are weak vessels and dont know what they are saying. Let's all pray one for another that WE ALL be healed. First we need to pray for God to heal their heart,mind,spirit and soul. All things work together for the good. A setback for comeback. God is with them. The minstry will still grow. And God will get the glory.

According to Psalm 71, we (Christians) have to have confidence in the future so we can be blessed, fruitful, and fulfilling in this life on earth. First, I would like to say, I am sorry for the two of them. Second, I am praying that God will bless each of them. Third, God is in control. Sometime, in life we forget we are God's loving children. God saw it and will judge it correct. We (God children) must pray for Bishop Week and Juanita Byrum. God will protect us from lying lips, according Psalm 140:9-13. So, there our faith God being in control once again. God will punish liars and violent man. Sometime, we don't see things like they really are. It is like the noise take over so quickly that we get distraught. And, we only go alone with the lies that is being told to other. We make fault statement that really is not true and just go along with the other person wrong and lying statement. Most woman with an evil plan knows how to perform or act as if someone has hurt them. It could have been Juanita Byrum fell back and Bishop Week was reach down to assist her in getting up. He could have looked angry why doing it. We heard there were no marks on her. She probably was the only one who give an close statement about what took place in the parking lot. I would love to know if the man who helped her visional see Bishop Week knock her down and assault her. Because, skill street woman knows how to act like chicks in Hollywood when its is dealing with money that is involved. It is the old saying, "he I can have my way and your money, baby I will destroy who you are." Men of God got to be care in what you do so you want reap the wrong seed. I hope it is not true about him dating her before his divorce was final. And, why would he divorce a wife and walk away from his child. Shame, and not smart. I hope he is not gay. Please, don't be gay. One reason is because that is not pleasing God. God is no where any that mess. If so, please repent and ask God for forgives. Please sit down for 3 months and pray and fast. Please ask God for direction. You still have the first wife and child to care for in this situation as well as Juanita Byrum (who should not have been a lover but a spiritual leader to you in staying with your wife and child) in the first place. Please just done let God down. God has put you in this place. Hopefully, the church people are not follow and serving you, but follow, read their own bible, and following and serving God. This is a mess, that one unsave woman saw money and play you for a fool (stating what love got to do with) and according to the scripture have worked your mind and then comfort your sex drive and quickly pull your into her world of sin and control. First of all, my heart goes out to Prophetess Bynum. I want you to know hold your head up because you know that you did nothing wrong. God is going to get him for what he did to you. Bishop Weeks fail to realize that what you do to people will come back on you 10 times fold. The bible tell us about how a man should treat his wife. Ephesians 5:25-33 25 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, 26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. [1] 28 In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, 30 because we are members of his body. 31 “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” 32 This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church. 33 However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband. The only thing I can say is Bishop Weeks you need to go to God and ask for forgiviness and never put your hands on your wife ever again. She was not given to you to hit, step over, or mistreat. This is so shameful. Ms. Bynum said she's going to be the face of domestic violence. Please Ms Bynum for God's sake......don't. I think for right now she, her husband and all the other "spiritual leaders" who are going through need to just lay low for awhile. Right now the shame that is being brought to God's name is just not worth it. She's using domestic violence as if it were another marketing tool. It's as if she's not seeing the seriousness of the whole ordeal. She needs counseling and deliverance. She needs to be healed before she steps out and speaks another word. When you are a servant of God, there's no separation. Whatever you do, affects the name of the Lord. First off I want to say that I have been truly blessed by Mrs Bynum-Weeks testimonies through her ministry. We have to stop judging! It's easy to say what you will and will not do when confronted with this type of situation. I'm sure Juanita is certainly seeking out the wisdom and guidance of GOD. We as women have always had to be confronted with these issues and Mrs Bynum-Weeks in not immuned. The bible says that we are to count it all joy when these situations arises, knowing that this is a test of our faith. Also, in Revelations it speaks about the last days....., We also know that GOD is in control of all that happens on earth and there is nothing that HE can't stop. GOD allowed this to happen for a reason. That reason, only time will tell. Let's not judge, lest we be judged. Let's pray for happiness, peace and joy in the lives of all. This could very well be a clear sign from GOD- continuing to get the attention of all people, especially Christians. Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess- before it's all over. Sometimes GOD uses these times to get our attention on HIM. The best part is that HE can use a rock to accomplish HIS will in the lives of believers or non-believers for that matter. I had to learn that all bad things that happens to us is not a bad thing, but clearly to keep our mind stayed on HIM. GOD also decipline those HE truly loves. So, basically, this does not take away from either of them. And often times we need renewal and cleansing so that GOD's will can be accomplished in our lives and on earth. I have truly learned, (after being married to an unsaved man for 21 years) that not all people who say that they are saved - are. I acutally thought that if I was married to a "Saved and Sanctified" man, that my life would have been different. Boy, was I wrong! I soon realized that GOD can use anyone to accomplish HIS will. I soon found out that not all men or women in the church are GOD fearing. I truly thank GOD for this revelation in my life. Now I'm able to look at everyone with no respector of person. Let's just pray for not only MR/Mrs Weeks, but for our nation as a whole, for we all have more issues to contend with before Christ return. GOD just wants us all to be ready. Prophet Bynum Had already preached what God was showing her at the "Women on the Front-line Conference in Florida". The Sermon was entitled "Unsnatchable Treasures". Satan sat her up; for a setback; for a strong come-back." God had already Predestined this incident. She is not in control of how she is treated as long as she keeps her spirit right. She is human just as we all are; and by far from being perfect because Jesus is that One. Sometimes I wonder do we just sat around awaiting for our own to fall. Take an inventory of your own life; and see if you can find anything positive to say about the issue. This is why I love God. If someone is a man & born "of God," that makes them a "Man of God." If someone is a woman & born "of God," that makes them a "Woman of God." We need to stop thinking that others are any more or less valueable or needed in the Kingdom. EVERY part of the body is required. It is by GRACE we are saved, not of works least any man should boast. It is a gift. Having begun by faith are we now justified by works? If any of us had to take the exam of how holy we are based on works, we would all fail. Everyone who mentioned prayer is right. We need to pray more and criticize less. This is an assault against the entire Body of Christ and every Christian marriage. Also, we need to understand what is going on in the realm of the spirit. I would suggest you read the book, "A Step Into Deliverance" by T. Pugh. It is an eye-opener! An exposure of the spirit of Jezebel like I've never read before. Wisdom is principle, but with all wisdom, get understanding.

I agree zip. Judgement is not the answer. I am reminded of Hosea and Gomer. You never know who GOD puts in our lives but we have to do his will. We are all human and we all make mistakes! Remember that the bible says that we are all as filthy rags.
