Julie Bowen has three kids, Oliver , 2, and 6-month old twins, Gus and John . While at the March of Dimes event last week she talked about how Oliver is having a hard time adjusting to the twins. “He hates them, but you know what, tough, he’ll get past it. He’s a boy. Boys don’t like babies. He’s the oldest. It's double the joy for Boston Legal actress Julie Bowen. The star and her husband, Scott Phillips, welcomed twin boys named Gus and John early Friday morning, her rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. The couple, who announced last November that they were expecting again, are already parents to son Oliver, 2. Bowen, 40, and Phillips, a real estate investor, were married in 2004.
