A New York City man has been indicted in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man inside a Harvard University dormitory last month. Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone said Friday that Jabrai (juh-BRY') Jordan Copney was indicted a day earlier on charges including first-degree murder and armed robbery in the death of Justin Cosby, of Cambridge. Leone says 20-year-old Copney and two other men arranged to meet Cosby on May 18 to buy marijuana and rob him. During a confrontation inside a common area, Cosby was shot. He died the next day. Authorities have made a second arrest in connection with a fatal shooting at a Harvard University dormitory. A spokesman for the Middlesex District Attorney's office says 19-year-old Blayn Jiggets of Mount Vernon, N.Y. was arrested just before midnight Tuesday in New York City. Authorities in Boston have said the May 18 shooting at the Ivy League school was a drug-related robbery attempt. Jiggets is scheduled to be arraigned in New York on Wednesday.
