Middlesbrough have announced that they have agreed a fee with Arsenal for Justin Hoyte, believed to be £3M. Hoyte spent the 2005-06 season in the north east with Sunderland, he had a good season the following season, but failed to make an impact last season. With the arrival of Bacary Sagna, Hoyte became third choice right back at the club.
