K38 Rescue team developing memorial for late racer By DAVID BELL Today’s News-Herald Thursday, October 29, 2009 10:52 PM MST The team that rescued Italian racer Cesare Vismara from a racing crash and attempted life saving actions before Vismara succumbed to his injuries is looking to develop a permanent memorial to the fallen world champion.
