Former double Olympic figure skating champion Katarina Witt will head Munich's bid to host the 2018 Winter Olympics, it was announced on Thursday. "I will do everything I can so that the International Olympic Committee can only award the Games to Munich," said Witt, a gold medallist at the 1984 Sarajevo and 1988 Calgary Games.
