TLC won it’s request for a preliminary injunction against Jon Gosselin late Thursday, after a day of testimony in a Maryland court room, reports RadarOnline.com. ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) – Jon Gosselin , the star of TLC’s hit reality show “ Jon and Kate Plus 8 ,” has not shown up to a hearing in his legal fight with the network.
