According to Forbes, Kate Moss was the third top earning model in 2008, raking in $7.5 million. Her collection for TopShop has been a huge success in dozens of countries, with women swarming in mobs waiting for the store to open on the debut date. As a member of the indie rock band The Kills, Hince has plenty of artsy credibility, but that doesn't always translate to record sales.


Attractiveness.
Kate is carrying the burden on this count, as supermodels typically do. With her flawless facial structure and waifish figure, she could look fantastic wearing a trash bag. Hince has the cool rock star factor working in his favor, but he's lacking in raw good looks.


Popularity.
Plenty of people are curious about Kate Moss's personal life, which is why the paparazzi follow this couple religiously. Still, the public (excepting some music enthusiasts) doesn't know much or really care about Jamie Hince himself. Last month, about 300,000 people searched Google for Kate, but only 15,000 searched for Jamie.


Staying Power.
Given Moss's dating history, the outlook is not so good. Her exes include Johnny Depp, Pete Doherty and Billy Zane, among many others that fall into a relationship gray area, since she rarely talks about her personal life. As for Hince, he's said to have had an on-again, off-again romance with his bandmate Alison Mosshart -- and those two spend a lot of time together.


Compatibility.
Moss is a Capricorn and Hince is a Sagittarius, so some clashes are inevitable. She's naturally more aloof, while he's easy-going, and she's always going to be a much better dresser. And in hard times these relationships can get rocky (global financial crisis, anyone?)
