USA Network has confirmed the rumors that Vincent D'Onofrio is saying goodbye to Law & Order: Criminal Intent. He and his co-star Kathryn Erbe, who is also leaving to be replaced by Saffron Burrows, will participate in the show's two-part season premiere. D'Onofrio has issued a statement:
