Now that New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin has secured his second Super Bowl in four seasons, you would think that he’d be ready to retire at he age of 65, think again. According to the Associated Press, C oughlin says that he has every intention of returning to the Giants in 2012. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter ,  no matter what the outcome is of Sunday night’s game between the Giants and Cowboys,  Giants head coach Tom Coughlin will more then likely be back next season.
