Katie Price and Peter Andre Are Splitting Up

Glamour model Katie "Jordan" Price and Peter Andre met on reality TV for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here and have made a career out of their marriage with shows like Katie & Peter: Stateside, but now Andre has announced he wants a divorce. A rep for the couple released the following statement:
Peter Andre and Katie Price are separating after 4 and a half years of marriage, Can Associates Limited can confirm today. They have both requested that the media respect their families’ privacy at this difficult time. Katie's wild ways, courtesy of Perez Hilton.
According to The Sun, Katie is devastated by Peter's decision to end their three-and-a-half year marriage, which allegedly stems from Price's out-of-control behavior when she's drinking. Photos released yesterday showed Katie pole dancing and possibly making out with a girl at a gay club.

Apparently Andre was less than pleased to see the photos hit the Internet, and he said, "I’m not jealous of anybody until Katie is drunk. There’s nobody I feel threatened by when she’s sober. But if she’s drinking I know she’s capable of anything. I’m not jealous of anybody until Katie is drunk. The devil gets inside her and she's a nightmare."

For her part, Katie hasn't responded to the claims -- except to say that the separation is NOT her decision. She said, "Pete is the love of my life — and my life. We have children together and I am devastated and disappointed by Peter’s decision to separate and divorce me — as I married him for life."

Together, these two are worth almost $46 million, which they're expected to fight over during the proceedings. While some people bet they'll reconcile and feed the press with a publicized vow renewal, others aren't so sure. The Sun reports that Peter recently told a pal: "I've been so unhappy."
