Tired-looking Katie Price enjoys a quieter night out as she prepares for custody battle with Peter Andre

Katie Price stepped out for dinner hours after being reunited with her three children. But she looked in need of a good night’s sleep, as she emerged from restaurant Nobu wearing a grey micro vest dress and flat shoes.

It was a quieter night than of late for the former glamour model, following a week of wet and wild exploits in Ibiza where her outrageous behaviour raised eyebrows.

And she has returned home to learn that her estranged husband is planning to fight her for custody of the children - using her raucous behaviour in Ibiza as a starting point for a ‘dossier’ he is said to be compiling.

Earlier, Katie, 31, had spent the day with her children Harvey, seven, Junior, four and daughter Princess Tiaamii, one.

Peter returned the children to his estranged wife at her £2million mansion in Woldingham, Surrey after arriving back from Cyprus yesterday.

But he is now said to be seeking full custody of the children, and although he won’t claim adultery, Katie’s character - and behaviour in the Ibiza - may be called into question.

A source told The Sun: ‘Pete’s seething that he had to give them back. After everything he’s seen her get up to in the last week, he feels they should stay with him.

‘Peter’s lawyers have told him not to discuss the kids in any way - even to friends - as he’s going for full custody.

‘He’s been cementing his reputation as a dad and would like to have the children all the time, of course. No sane person wouldn’t.’
