Keisuke Honda scored the only goal in Japan's 1-0 win over Cameroon at the World Cup Group E game on Monday. The win ties Japan with Germany at the top of the group.In the 39th minute of the game, Daisuke Matsui sent a drifting cross over the heads of Cameroon's defenders. Today Japan secured it's first ever FIFA World Cup win on foreign soil. Keisuke Honda scored a goal during the first half, giving Japan the 1-0 lead.
