Keith Richards Rocks in Louis Vuitton Ad

“Two old bags on a bed in NYC” was not the original tag line for Louis Vuitton’s latest billboard and print ad, but why not? The craggy “bag” on the right is Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards. Celebrity photographer Ann Leibovitz snapped the photograph used in the campaign.

The advertisement’s real tag line is: “Some journeys cannot be put into words. New York. 3 a.m. Blues in C.” The bluesy guitarist is donating his fee to Climate Project, the environmental program founded by former U.S. VP and Nobel laureate, Al Gore.
