Today I received a call from a Virginia licensed real estate agent wondering if I could help their client with the purchase of a condo in the Wooster -Mercer building in Arlington Virginia. This happens and as a matter of fact just recently to me… Here are easy to follow instructions that I learned along the way that could preserve the deal and the customers earnest money deposit.
