Kelly Gorham was found dead, the victim of a homicide, after a long search. Kelly Gorham was an Alfred Maine nursing student who went missing on August 8, 2007.
Her body was found in a shallow grave in New Hampshire, on the property of her ex-boyfriend's dad.
State Police trying to find Kelly Gorham, express concern
"For her to cease contact with everybody is completely out of character; there doesn't seem to be any reason for her to do that," State Police Lt. Brian McDonough told the Kennebec Journal Morning Sentinel last week.
"This is completely inconsistent with her usual behavior ... everybody is extremely concerned for her well-being. It is alarming and needs to be taken seriously and that's what we're trying to do."
