Who the F%ck is Kelly Tilghman? I know I've never heard of her. Have you? I didn't think so. Kelly Tilghman is a News Anchor for the Golf Channel (holding back the laughter). Apparently Tilghman was attempting to be funny when she made this comment about Tiger Woods and his competitors: "those young PGA players, who will be competing with Tiger Woods this year, should go "lynch Woods in a back alley." And of course now she can't stop apologizing. These people who make these types of comments always claim it was just a slip of the tongue, but to me this sounds like ... Read Full Story

Has it really come to this? Have the forces of political correctness so taken over that we can’t even discuss the topic of race in this country without being labeled racist? You may have heard of the controversy created when Golf Channel anchor Kelly Tilghman, in a moment of breathtaking stupidity, said that the only way to beat Tiger Woods would be to “lynch him in a back alley”, a comment which practically had co-host Nick Faldo scrambling for a crowbar to help her get her foot out of her mouth. Nice going, Kelly. Given the number of black men who really have been ... Read Full Story

Golf Channel suspended Ancwhore Kelly Tilghman for two weeks on Wednesday for saying last week that young players who wanted to challenge Tiger Woods should "lynch him in a back alley." Tilghman was laughing during the exchange Friday with analyst Nick Faldo at the Mercedes-Benz Championship, and Woods' agent at IMG said he didn't think there was any ill intent. "There is simply no place on our network for offensive language like this," Golf Channel said in a statement. They should've fired this silly woman.... As for Tiger I read he was not offended by the comment, which is understandable considering he's not black ... Read Full Story

Golf, too? If there was one sport you'd think might be immune from the liberal slant that has invaded too much of sports reporting, it's golf. The fairways-and-greens guys are known for generally being Republicans. But out of the blue [green?] on a Golf Channel show this afternoon, host Brandel Chamblee took a cheap shot at Dick Cheney with a rather nasty hunting reference. Chamblee, who before retiring from the PGA Tour had one win in 370...
