Kelsey Grammer 's luck has run out again.  We here at B4A have never really liked any show he's been on just because he always comes off as so pompous and arrogant.  Our opinions aside, his new ABC program Hank has just been handed a pink slip. Hank never brought the ratings in the way Modern Family and Cougar Town have.  ABC executives axed the show after just five shows aired. Grammer, the multiple Emmy winner as the star of "Frasier," also saw his Fox series "Back to You" with Patricia Heaton given the boot in the spring of 2008. After just five episodes had aired, ABC confirmed today that it had canceled "Hank," the network's new comedy series starring Grammer as a corporate executive who is let go in a downsizing and forced to spend more time with his family. "Hank," the weakest performer in ABC's all-new fall-comedy lineup, had been preempted in recent weeks, and now that hiatus will be permanent. Kelsey Grammer’s new sitcom has been cancelled, according to a US report. Grammer’s Hank was dropped by ABC due to poor ratings, sources close to the network said. Grammer, 54, is the star of the long-running sitcoms Frasier and Cheers. His character, Dr Frasier Crane, became a household name and was highly popular with American viewers. The character also won him a slew of Emmy nominations and awards over the years.
