Kenneth Keith Kallenbach , an actor, comedian and long-running member of Howard Stern's ''Wack Pack,'' has died in custody. He was 39. According to Dan Gross, author of the Daily News Gossip blog Kenneth Keith Kallenbach, the comedian and musician well-known for being a member of Howerd Stern's Wack Pack, has died. Kallenbach apparantly died earlier today in a Chester County hospital.
