Kent Ninomiya and Emily Carson are accused of trying to get Erin Davis drunk in order to take sexual advantage of her. Kent and Emily are employees at WICD in Illinois where Erin Davis was an intern.
Point of fact. The facts of the case are that the allegations were merely the testimony of a woman on trial for DUI who was trying to get out of a costly conviction. Police and the state's attorney investigated but found her claims without merit. Ninomiya was never arrested, never charged and never convicted of anything. The only one arrested, charged and put on trial was the woman making the allegation.
