Kevin Farley Parodies Michael Moore in New Film

An American Carol, a comedy that lampoons "contemporary American culture, particularly Hollywood," is set to be released at the end of this week.  The film follows a fictional filmmaker named Michael Malone (played by Kevin Farley), a man on a mission to convince the American people that the country's past and present are offensive and shouldn't be celebrated.  He gets Scrooged by ex-presidents who try to get him to reevaluate his position.
Many of the film's cast members are outspoken proponents of the GOP.  Michael Moore, upon whom the Michael Malone character is based, shrugged and said, "I hope it's funny" when asked how he felt about being caricatured on Larry King Live.
