It was reported today that the Texas Rangers voided IF Khalil Greene’s contract, essentially ending any chance Greene has of playing baseball again this season. Shocking; the ESPN/Dallas story doesn't go into details about this, but I expect he didn't report to spring training and refused to tell the team when he could appear in a Rangers uniform. The Dallas Morning News blog entry doesn't give much more information.
