The New York Post is reporting that Kiefer Sutherland, recently accused of head-butting a designer while under the influence, was spotted recently, relaxing in New York’s fashionable Lower-East side venue, ‘Libation.’
The London-born star, 43, was accompanied by his daughter, Sarah Jude, and was reported to be drinking Scotch on the rocks, while conversing with staff.

Kiefer Sutherland went out to celebrate after settling his headbutt incident with Jack McCollough last week.
The man better known as Jack Bauer was spotted getting hammered and hitting on bartenders at Libation on the Lower East Side on Thursday night with his 21-year-old daughter Sarah Jude.
Meanwhile, Jack was elsewhere in the city, recovering from his broken nose.

Kiefer Sutherland has settled with Jack McCollough, the designer he’s accused of head-butting during a Met Gala May 5.
The settlement means that Sutherland will probably not face misdemeanor assault charges because, according to TMZ.com, McCollough will no longer serve as a “complaining witness” and make the prosecutors’ case insubstantial.
