Hot or Not: Kim Kardashian's Red Leopard Print Dress

On Wednesday evening, Kim Kardashian celebrated her 29th birthday at Philippe Chow with her famous family in tow. She walked hand-in-hand with pregnant sister Kourtney as throngs of photographers angled for the perfect paparazzi shot. In her red velvet leopard-print dress, Kim was certainly hard to miss.

I'm not sure how I feel about this dress. I like the color and texture on Kim, but the length and pattern feel a bit like a reversion to her old "Sex Bomb" sense of style. That one strong shoulder does give the look a bit of edge, though, and her hair looks fantastic. Her makeup is, as always, flawless, if not a bit overdone.
