The tween fast fashion chain designed 16-year-old Kira Plastinina has closed down all of it’s US locations, the first Kira Plastinina stores were opened less than nine months. Last week I went by the Las Vegas store at Fashion Show Mall and they had a sign outside that read ” 70 % off” which seemed normal.
