Clint Mathis had a goal and an assist, and Real Salt Lake beat Toronto FC 3-0 on Saturday night for its first home victory in more than two months. Yura Movsisyan and Kyle Beckerman also had goals for Real Salt Lake (5-6-4), which improved to 2-0-2 in June after going 0-4-2 in May. Zach Thornton made three saves for his sixth shutout of the season, and Paulo Nagamura scored and Chivas USA defeated Real Salt Lake 1-0 on Saturday night. Chivas (7-1-1) has allowed only three goals this season, and became the first team in MLS to break the 20-point barrier.
