A lot of people tailgating near Cowboys Stadium claim the title of number one fan.  A lot of peole have the merchandise, but one Cowboys fan in Arlington is especially thankful for his apartment this year. Ruben Garcia says he is renting a slice of paradise.  Garcia's apartment is across the street from Cowboys Stadium.
