The National Football League’s coffers continue to swell as the Tennessean is reporting that Tennesee Titans defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch was fined $7,500 by the league for a low hit on Atlanta Falcons quarterback Joey Harrington. Vanden Bosch’s agent, Anthony Agnone, did not immediately return a telephone call on Saturday. Despite a solid outing for backup Kerry Collins, it appears that Vince Young will be back in the drivers seat at quarterback for the Titans Sunday when they host the Oakland Raiders.  Head coach Jeff Fisher said on Monday that he expects to see Young back under center when the 4-2 Titans take on the Silver and Black in Tennessee.
