Multiculturalism has nothing to do with this. Tamil Nationalists are also anti-multicultural, this is why they want their ethnically pure homeland. They've preached for their so-called "race war" long before the LTTE and Sri Lanka. They do it in Malaysia (HINDRAF), Southern India (Vaiko), through gangs like the VVT and AK Kannan, and through LTTE front organizations.
