Week 2 was a good one in the BILL. On Tuesday, Sandy Point got itself another victory against GotSkillz while E-Lacrosse held onto the lead 9-8 to take down Cummings & Co for the second time in as many games. There was three games on Friday night and we had some great action and some lopsided scores. In the first game, Smartlink continued its winning ways by downing The Pickled Parrot 13-8. This is why we play the games! We had another great week of BILL action at Du Burns Arena in Baltimore, MD. In football, it's any given Sunday...in the BILL it's any given Tuesday or Friday. In Tuesday action, we had two 1 goal games. Cummings & Co took down TriCerat in the last minute with a goal by Josh Hahn off the right side. The season is now underway and we had a great first week of games. Scoring seemed to be kind of low all around, but that could be attributed to either excellent goalie play or that no one has picked their sticks up since the last tournament of the summer. Moving right along this season and after 3 full weeks it seems that teams are fighting for position all along the standings. On Tuesday, we had two matchups. In the first game, undefeated Smartlink took down the Baltimore LC 13-7. Anytime you can get 7 on the defending champs, its not a bad day.
