Lady Gaga's shot to fame. That's because his former girlfriend allegedly ditched him as both her producer and BF when she started gaining popularity. So, he's not suing her for $30.5 million, according to

He apparently co-wrote some of her hits like "Paparazzi" and "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich," and he had 20% of the share in their joint venture Team Love Child LLC. But, by the time Gaga signed to Interscope Records and shot to the top of the charts, their relationship ended and Fusari said he never got his cut of her earnings.
He said he got checks for over $600,000, but that wasn't all he was entitled to receive. So, he's hoping to collect on some allegedly overdo royalites and then some. He has producing credits in her 2008 album
The Fame, which sold more than 3 million copies.
